Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Account means a unique account created for You (as a Parent or Legal Guardian) to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the Child Growth & Anthropometry Monitoring System.
• Country refers to: Indonesia
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual (both parent/user account and child profile data).
• Service refers to the Child Anthropometry Application & Web Service.
• Anthropometric Data refers to physical growth measurements of the child entered by the parent, including but not limited to body weight, body height/length, age in months, gender, and date of measurement.
• You means the parent or legal guardian accessing or using the Service for independent monitoring.

Collecting and Using Your Data

Types of Data Collected

1. Personal & Account Data (Parents / Guardians)

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, including:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number / WhatsApp
• Address (optional)

2. Child Anthropometric & Growth Data

To provide accurate growth calculation according to WHO standards, We collect child profile details provided independently by You, including:

• Child's full name and nickname
• Date of birth and gender
• Body Weight (BB), Body Length/Height (TB/PB)
• Periodic measurement records (Nutritional status, Z-score calculations)
• Child's profile photo (optional, used strictly for parent identification inside the app)

3. Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service, including Device IP address, browser type, device identifiers, app version, and diagnostic logs to ensure system reliability during measurement entries.

Use of Your Personal & Child Data

The Company uses the collected data for the following essential growth-tracking purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service: To compute WHO Growth Standards (BB/U, TB/U, IMT/U), plot growth curves, and provide independent early monitoring regarding child growth trends or nutritional risks.
• To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user and link child profiles securely under Your parent account.
• To contact You: To send measurement reminders, growth reports, or updates regarding your child's growth records.
• To manage Your requests: To attend to Your support or data management queries.

Children's Privacy & Parental Consent

We do not allow children under 13 to create accounts independently. All child profiles must be created and maintained through a parent/guardian account. If You believe a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us immediately at neoaecas@gmail.com so we can delete the record promptly.

Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain Your account and your child's growth data for as long as Your account remains active to provide continuous growth trajectory history.

You have the full right to:

• Update or correct any child measurement entries at any time.
• Request full export of your child's growth record history.
• Request permanent deletion of Your account and all associated child growth profiles.

Security of Your Data

The security of Your personal and child data is our highest priority. We implement encryption protocols and secure server storage to guard your records. While no method over the Internet is 100% immune, we apply commercial security standards to ensure Your child's growth data remains safe and private.
